No, I didn't watch.

I had no desire to watch the President of the United States give a lecture about how guns are evil and violent. It would have just pissed me off because guns aren't evil or violent.

People are evil & violent and restricting access to guns in no way stops people from being evil. We, as a species, will continue to be violent & evil and we will commit atrocities whether we have guns or not.

Just once I would like to see a member of our government see problem for what it is and come up with an actual solution instead of doing something incredibly ineffective.
