Tough win

The Bruins failed to hold off the Predators last night and regulation ended in a 2-2 tie. Fortunately Pastrnak was able to score on the faceoff and end the game with a Bruins 3-2 win and picking up the two points.

Unfortunately everyone else won last night and Bruins remain in the second wildcard slot.

They are off today and they take on the Flyers tomorrow. Puck drops at 7:00.

I had a whole post written up about the killings in Minnesota but decided that my opinion of a group of masked government agents executing American civilians is probably not something I should spew about.

I will give you these two quotes from the internets:

"You remember Kyle Rittenhouse and how he was made a hero on the right?" former Rep. Trey Gowdy, a Republican from South Carolina, said during a Fox News interview on Monday. "I'm sure there are people on the conservative side who are saying, 'Wait a minute, you mean you can't take a firearm to a protest? Because you were just celebrating a guy for doing it a couple of years ago.'"

For a guy that is no longer an elected official, Gowdy sure has a lot to say...

"You know, you can’t have guns,” he said to reporters on the White House lawn. “You can’t walk in with guns. You just can’t. You can’t. Listen, you can’t walk in with guns. You can’t do that. But it’s just a very unfortunate incident."

I just want to point out that Trump clearly said, "You know, you can't have guns".

Look, I'm not convinced that the Patriots will blow the Seahawks away. As a matter of fact, I'm thinking the Superb Owl will be a lot like the AFC championship - a close game that could go either way.
