They came out and played a good first period, a "meh" second period and an excellent third period. As a matter of fact, there were at least two full-on brawls during the third period that resulted in penalty minutes for both teams. The Flyers managed to get a power play for the last 50 seconds of the game but it didn't help them at all.
In the end, the Bruins shutout the Flyers 3-0.
Tomorrow they take on the Kraken. Puck drops at 5:00pm.
It looks like Maye will be starting tomorrow's game against the Titans.
I'll point out that the Titans have a worse record than the Patriots. The Patriots are in second-to-last place in the AFL and the Titans are in last place in the AFL.
That means it's either going to be a high-scoring game or someone will win 3-0...
He really has a thing about crowds...
Bobby Dalbec is no longer a member of the Boston Red Sox organization. He elected free agency this morning.
Hopefully he finds himself on team that gives him playing time at the big league level and he becomes succesful again. I think he just needs a hitting coach that can get him back to the level he hit during his rookie season.
I need to find some entertainment for this evening.
While I do that, you can check out these links:
- Apparently Germany has a raccoon problem.
- Sounds like wishful thinking on Clarkson's part.
- Trillions of dollars have been spent perfecting AI just so we can have this.
- Nice try Mr. Brown but I'm still backing Cammy.
- Man, they got world records for everything.
- Oh Canada.
- I understand that swim through snot will be introduced at the 2028 Olympics as a replacement for break dancing.
