At 2:00 this morning, I was awake and listening to the ac's pumping out their cool air. I decided to see what the outside temperature was so I grabbed my phone and checked the weather:

For the record, the sensor for that thermometer is on the back wall of my porch in the shade. That means that 99° is air temp, not sunshine temp.
When it's in the upper 70s at 2:00 in the morning, you know it's going to be a hot day. Turns out it was a hot day.
No baseball for me to watch tonight so I'll watch a little bit of the opening round of the John Deere Classic and then I guess I'll burn through some DVRs.
Then again, I didn't get a lot of sleep last night so maybe I'll just go to bed early and read until I pass out.
