Still nine games behind

Today is the last game before the All Star break and the Red Sox are not in a good place. They won today and moved themselves up to nine games out of first place.

That's a lot of games for them to win and everyone else to lose.

I'm hoping that with a few days off and a little rest they'll come back on Friday and go on a nice long winning streak.

To address some concerns from this mornings post, let me just say that no, I am not calling it quits. I was just noting that since I forgot to post last night, maybe I don't have to post every day.

Don't be surprised when I miss the occasional day or two.
