Now if I could only figure out how to stop eating so many of those damned "Fun Size" candy bars so I can lose a few pounds...
The Red Sox lost 7-2 to the Tigers this afternoon.
They are off tomorrow but that's okay because at night I have been watching the WBC.
Tonight the undefeated USA takes on undefeated Italy, which, I would like to point out, has no one named Anthony on their team.
The game is being shown on FOX Sports (FS1) and the first pitch is at 9:00pm
The Bruins take on the Kings this evening and the Bruins really need to win this game.
They are still in the second wildcard slot but are now only 2 points ahead of the Blue Jackets who are playing the Lightning tonight.
A win will either push the Bruins 3 or 4 points ahead or leave them at 2 points ahead. A Bruins loss and a Blue Jackets win will push the Bruins out of the wildcard.
Puck drops at 7:00pm.
Gas is $3.18 a gallon at 3 of the 4 the stations down the road from me. The price-gouger charging $3.39 can kiss my ass.
Honestly, I should probably give credit to The Very Stable Genius because gas prices were actually going down over the last 3 months.
If he hadn't blown up the ayatollah, we might have eventually seen gas prices below $2.50.
