Still hot.

But I did manage to mow my front yard. Now if we get some rain, I might have a lawn again.

So the Red Sox have asked Ben Cherington to step down and they've made Dave Dombrowski President of Baseball Operations.

This means that Larry Luchino and Ben Cherington won't be making any more of those great decisions like letting Jon Lester go or offering Rick Porcello massive amounts of money to give all the other teams some batting practice.

As far as I'm concerned, this is a good decision that will only help the Red Sox in the future.
