I always liked him but his last two seasons kinda sucked offensively. He lost the ability to hit the ball which is an important thing to do when you are playing baseball. His frustration got so bad that he managed to get himself thrown out of two or three games this season.
I hope he does well down in Texas.
On the other hand, I hope young Travis Shaw is as good as he seems and he does well. The Red Sox can sure use a guy who can hit the ball.
