We are 56 days from pitchers & catchers reporting to spring training and so far, the Red Sox haven't really done anything to improve either their lineup or their infield.
I really hope Breslow isn't sitting around thinking that maybe they have everything they need for a successful 2026. I'm hoping he's sitting around thinking they need to fill the gaps in their lineup with hitters who don't just hit home runs but also move the runners along with doubles or triples. I'm hoping he is also looking for an infielder who can not only make an accurate throw but also makes quick decisions about what to do.
They need help and they only have 56 days to get that help.
We only lost power for about one hour this morning. It went out around 9:30 and came back around 10:30.
Seems a tree came down on some power lines and took out our entire neighborhood.
With the wind blowing between 30 and 50 mph, I'm thinking that one hour outage wasn't terrible.
