He's gone round the bend.
His elevator does not go all the way to the top.
He's a little too tall for his blood supply.
His wagon ain't hitched to the team.
He's a few fries short of a Happy Meal©.
His belfry has a full compliment of bats.
He's nuttier than a burlap bag filled with squirrels.
Someone needs to have a wellness check done on him. Get some social services in there to make sure he isn't a threat to himself or the rest of us.
In all seriousness, we should be concerned about his state of mind. He is becoming more and more unstable and reactionary. In my opinion, the guy with his finger on the nuclear button should not be unstable or reactionary. He should be calm, cool and collected.
