No golf for us

Originally, Pat, Willie and I had planned on golfing today. At some point earlier this week, I sent a message saying that Thursday looked like it might be a bust due to weather but we eventually decided we would go anyways.

Fast forward to today and as I was driving over to the golf course, Pat called me. He said, "Did you see Willie's email?"

Turns out Willie thought we had decided not to golf because he missed the follow-up emails about going anyways.

Guess we'll try again next week.

I think Looney Donald and his yuuuuge new tax (tariffs) on us sucks donkey balls. I kinda hope that come the midterm elections, both the house and the senate become democrats but....

I also think the courts are out of line when they attempt to control either the legislative or executive branches.

Courts should rule on the legality of a law and should not be able to make decisions about a law while they "read up on it".

Tariffs are bad for this country but they are not illegal or unconstitutional. The courts have no right to pause them while they root around in their legal garbage cans looking for an excuse to impose their own particular point of view.
