The Democrats caucused yesterday evening and presented no candidates for Selectman. That means there are three independents: myself, Will Caruana & Susan Bunnell, and a Republican, Mary McCarthy, in the race.

Hopefully things go well and the town votes for a selectman who will do a good job for everyone.

There was another big fire in Boston last night and fortunately no one was injured or killed. The BFD did, however, provide us with this humorous and interesting image of what happens to idiots...

Note the damage just forward of the rear tire. That was more than likely caused by the wrench used to open the hydrant.
