The Swiss say "Okay".

I was watching curling between OAR (aka Russia) and Switzerland today and the Swiss called for a timeout. When a timeout is granted, the curling coach can come down to the ice and give advice to the curlers. During the conversation, the coach kept saying, "Gler-do-flur-by-hur. Okay? Burdy-hurb-dur. Okay?".

I find it kind of funny when someone tosses an American word into their language and they not only use it correctly, they use it liberally.
