I'm pleased to announce that I no longer have to drag sprinklers around in a failed effort to keep it green because I now have an automatic sprinkler system installed.
My lawn will probably still turn brown in August but now the wetting of the brown grass will be automatic!
I can't believe I spent money to have pipes buried in my yard and sprinkler heads installed to spray water all over the place.
I guess I'll know in August if this was a good idea or one of the dumbest ideas I've ever had...
The Red Sox beat the Sultanes de Monterrey 10-1 last night and they are playing them again this evening. These are two exhibition games being played in Mexico because MLB is trying to get more fans from Mexico.
Based on what I've seen, they've got more fans in Mexico than they do in Florida. That stadium was packed and it was rocking which is way more than can be said for either the Rays or the Marlins.
And for the record, the name "Sultans" is a great name for a baseball team.
The Red Sox are currently up 5-0 after one inning. I suspect it's going to be a repeat of last night...
