Those two wins moved them out of the basement in the MLB and the AL.
And if the Blue Jays lose to the Dodgers this evening, they will be tied with the Red Sox for last place in the ALEast. Don't get me wrong, the Red Sox are still pretty low in the standings but they are at least moving in the right direction.
Gray had a good outing this afternoon. He faced 24 batters over 6⅓ innings, Striking out 2, walking 2 and giving up zero runs.
The batters also became hitters, getting on base and moving the runners along.
They are on the road to St. Louis where on Friday they will start a 3-game series against the Cardinals.
The Bruins lost 5-6 in OT to the Hurricanes last night. That means they picked up 1 point and remain in the first wildcard slot.
Their next game is Saturday against the Lightning.
So The Very Stable Genius said that there is kind of an almost maybe kinda sorta agreement between him and the Iranians. He isn't clear on what the agreement is. For all I know, he has agreed to help the Iranians bomb ships traveling through the Strait of Hormuz.
It's hard for me to decipher things when Trump talks because he uses words like covfefe and yuuuuuge. He also tends to say different things about the same subject on different days.
I had lunch with the ROMEO gang today and once again, we solved all of the world problem.
Well, most of the worlds problems.
None of us can figure out what Trump is doing and we are very confused about why the Red Sox are not doing very well.
