In a "must win" game, the Bruins barely managed to stay alive in the playoffs by beating the Sabres 2-1 in overtime on Tuesday night.
The Sabres took a first period 1-0 lead but the Bruins tied it 1-1 in the second period. Neither team could get the puck in the net during the third period so the game went to sudden death overtime.
Fortunately, the Bruins put one into the net and walked away with a win. This means they will meet again for game 6 on Friday, May 1st.

The Red Sox, however, appeared to have had enough of winning and they decided to once again not step on home plate.
The Blue Jays beat them 3-0 Tuesday night, giving the new coaching staff their very first MLB loss.
They played their final game in their series yesterday afternoon and got their ass kicked 8-1.
Despite those two losses, they somehow managed to stay out of last place in the AL.
They are heading back to Boston where starting Friday they will play a 3-game home stand against the Astros.
There are no sports today so I'm gonna burn through some dvr's.
