No baseball today

The Red Sox and Rays decided they didn't want to play baseball in the rain and I don't blame them. When I told my son that they might not be playing today, his reply was:

The game has been rescheduled to July 17^th.

That means I am spending my evening watching the SEC Softball Championship between Texas and Alabama.

Man, those girls play a wicked game of softball. Not at all like the way we played in the company league I used to play in. Not a single one of those girls has a beer in their hand...

The mulch-a-palooza was put on hold today because neither one of us wanted to spread mulch in the rain.

Will pick it back up tomorrow and hopefully finish it off.

I will say this - our front and side yards sure look really nice. All we have left to do is the backyard and we should have no problem finishing that off tomorrow
