As amazing as it sounds, the Red Sox managed to beat the Rays this afternoon and take the series. Now they head up to Toronto to play four games against the Blue Jays. Hopefully they win more than two up there and begin to shrink their deficit.

Or am I being too pessimistic?

Like John says, today was a perfect day for naps and I took Johns advice.

I'm back at work tomorrow so despite next week only being four days long, it's going to be a long four days.
