They're home

My daughter and the small emergency backup dog arrived last night and they will be spending the week with us. The large main dog seems happy to have his girlfriend home and my daughter seems happy to be anywhere other than school for the week.

My wife and I are just happy to have them home for a while.

The Red Sox stunk the joint up this afternoon but they managed to escape without a loss.

At the end of the hour-long first inning, the score was 10-0 in favor of the Twins.

By the third inning, it wasn't very much better and that was when the rain arrived.

They called the game after 3 innings which is considered a cancellation during spring training. This means despite getting their ass kicked, the Red Sox don't carry the loss.

They got lucky.
