Another hero leaves us.

Daniel Inouye was a genuine hero and a hell of a good man. We need more people like him, not less.

So now that I have a start on my Christmas shopping, I feel that I can relax a little. I have five days left to finish it up which means I am ahead of the game. And I have proof that I am ahead of the game - I found a receipt in my coat pocket from last year with a date of December 23, 2011 on it.

That means that I am three or four days ahead of schedule.

Just call me Mr. Efficient.
