Nice lazy day

I managed to get the driveway and walks cleared around 10:00 this morning and then spent the rest of the day being lazy.

I like being lazy. I like it a lot.

My daughter contacted us last night to let us know that she is safe and sound in Costa Rica. Her cell phone doesn't work but there appears to be WiFi available in most places. She is using her iPad to text her mom.

Ain't technology wonderful.

Have our elected officials stopped acting like spoiled little brats and started acting like adults yet?

Nope.

Since they aren't willing to balance their budget, I guess I better start thinking about what I can cut from mine.

So much for an improving economy.
