Pat is alive and relaxed.

I talked to my friend Pat, the "retiree", today and he's killing me.

Killing me, I tell you.

He says he is sleeping until 8:00 or 9:00 in the morning and he kept mumbling something about "Going to the Early Bird Special".

In other words, he is relaxed and enjoying himself for a few weeks. After that, he'll start pursuing his other interests and probably end up making more money than he's ever made in his life.

Killing me...
