Sons of Liberty

I DVRd the three-part series Sons Of Liberty last week and I have finally gotten around to watching it. I watched the first one today and while it's not entirely accurate, it's close.

Well, maybe kinda close.

For instance, the Boston Massacre  resulted in five deaths but only three of them occurred immediately, Two others were injured and they died a few days later.

The soldiers were tried in court and their defense attorney was John Adams. They were found not guilty of murder but several of them were found guilty of manslaughter and their punishment was branding of the hand.

Also, John Hancock did not need to introduce himself to Sam Adams. The Hancocks and the Adams were quite familiar with each other. As a matter of fact, John Adams and John Hancock grew up together as childhood friends.
