New Ol' Bess has been sighted in and is ready to go.

The chipmonk population appears to be growing at an alarming rate. I suspect it's because the acorns are falling and that is attracting the little bastiches from the woods.

So my eldest and I took a few shots at a target the other day and managed to get it so at about 75 feet, we managed a grouping of about 1 inch. That's pretty good for a pellet gun and it should be good enough to help send some of those furry little terrorists to meet their maker.
