Take my picture, my fingerprints and my DNA.

I'm torn on this mornings Supreme Court ruling that says the police can take a sample of your DNA when you are arrested.

On the one hand, the more tools the police have to positively identify a criminal, the better off we all are.

On the other hand, your DNA gets everywhere. You are constantly spewing DNA all over the place. You sneeze, poop, pee, bleed and cough DNA on a daily basis.

Hopefully the courts recognize that and require at least two or three forms of identification before they go and execute some poor homeless guy who happened to take a leak in an alleyway the day before some pimp shoots and kills a drug-adled John who forgot to pay for his good time in the same alley.
