This could be a bad thing given that everyone on the planet is pretty certain that the Red Sox will be facing the Indians in the ALDS.
This may change if the Astros continue to fall apart and lose their number one position in the American League.
If the ALDS were held today, the Astros would host the Yankees down in Houston and the Red Sox would host the Indians in Boston.
I say that could change because the once-dominant Astros seem to be on a slide lately and they are now only 4 games ahead of the Red Sox. It is very possible that the Red Sox could take the top spot before October baseball is played.

So the National Weather Service has released their forecast for Hurricane Harvey and it contains words like:
-
"Heavy rainfall is expected through much of the area with rainfall totals of 20 to 30 inches with maximum amounts near 40 inches"
-
"Locations may be uninhabitable for an extended period."

I'm going to watch the Red Sox play the Orioles:
While I do that, you can visit these:
- Only in Florida.
- This would never have happened if Trump had built his wall.
- Key entry from our favorite police log: "4:56 p.m. A Kalispell man was upset because “the entire bar was mad at him last night and it was the bartender’s fault and nobody would do anything about it.” He also called 911 multiple times the night before to convey the same message."
- Pfffttt... I wish....
- Welcome to Arkansas.
