That was an interesting game

The Yankees sought revenge and they got it by beating the Red Sox 10-7 last night. B ut that wasn't the big story. The big story was the bench clearing brawl that happened in the 7th inning.

Joe Kelly drilled Tyler Austin in the back after Austin slide into Brock Holt spikes high at second base. This caused Austin to charge the mound and Kelly to invite him in for a goer. And go they did.

Both benches and bullpens emptied onto the field and when it was over, Kelly and Austin were bloodied and ejected.

And that, my friends, is not how I like to see baseball played.

Hopefully tonights game goes better and the Red Sox win.
