We started in the middle with one edge precisely centered and the other edge one half of a tile away from the center.
In other words, the edge of the north-south tiles aligned with the center of the porch and left a 10 inch space at each end. The east-west tiles however had to be aligned with the center of the tile on the center line of the run. The left an 11 inch space at each edge.
I'd like to say it took a lot of cursing but it actually went pretty well. What it did take, however, was quite a bit of the day.
My knees and back are killing me and I suspect tomorrow is going to really suck. But more importantly, the porch is once again usable and we can sit out there when the weather is nice.
If you don't have a screened porch, you should get one. They are great. No bugs and plenty of breezes make for excellent summer evenings.

The Red Sox lost last night because, well, too be honest with you, they played like a rec-league team. They made three errors which is three more than they usually make in a game.
They ended up losing the game 4-3 and wasting a pretty good outing by Sale.
Hopefully tonight goes a little better. Price is pitching and I'm hoping they remember how to hit and field.

Baseball is on at 7:00 tonight and I need to go eat dinner before then. I'm also going to take several ibuprofen and maybe some heroin.
