Very disappointing

My brand new router appears to be defective and I have to return it.

Very frustrating and very disappointing.

I've had to return something to Amazon in the past so I know they make it fairly easy, it just takes a few days to get the replacement. Hopefully I have the replacement by the end of the week.

Until then, we continue our limping along over our old router.
