Quiet day today and no baseball this evening.

My lesson today was canceled because of winds and turbulence. My instructor told me that there was some fairly serious turbulence between 2,000 and 4,000 feet, which is the altitude were lessons are conducted.

Hopefully the rest of the week will be a bit calmer and I'll be able fly this week.

I'm trying to dispose of a mattress and box spring and I'm more than a little amazed at the prices being charged. Anyone know of someone who can pick these things up and dispose of them properly?

And no, I don't want them to end up on a dirt road in Indian Orchard. I'd like them to be shredded, cleaned and properly recycled.
