Not much to prattle on about today.

The Red Sox won last night, giving them a 2 game lead over the Athletics.

The predictions are starting to roll in. ESPN has the Tigers winning the World Series while BleacherReport has the Red Sox winning the World Series.

I'm hoping for a Red Sox win but I find that predictions are usually wrong. They are most often the result of a mixture of "gut-feel" and poorly interpreted statistics.

Maybe the Pirates will win...
