And they're home.

My wife and daughter have completed their 1,300 mile drive and are now safely ensconced in our humble abode.

The Large Main Dog is happy to have the Small Emergency Backup Dog once again stealing his toys and hiding them in her small corner of the TV room.

It shall remain this way until late August when they repeat the entire trip in reverse, minus the stop in Canada of course.

The Red Sox lost to the Rays last night.

Porcello pitched okay up until the 4th inning when he gave up two runs and then 3 runs in the 5th. The offense, on the other hand. failed to score a run until the 7th inning when they scored 4.

And that was how the game ended with the Rays winning 5-4.

With a storm arriving in Boston this evening, they moved today's game up to 1:00pm and Chris Sale chalked up another win. The Red Sox batters hit the ball often and managed to cross home plate 6 times while the Rays were only able to cross it 3 times.

I'm not entirely sure they'll play tomorrows game because of this storm. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

There is now ball game for me to watch this evening but that's okay, because the ladies are home.

While I chat with them, eat Chinese food and channel surf, you can visit these links:
