They managed to take an early lead but it didn't last very long. The Bills offense was on point and the Patriots defense just wasn't able to get to Allen.
Their next game is Monday the 12th when they'll be in Arizona to play the Cardinals.
Since the second place Bruins (the Devils took one point in an OT loss last night) will take on the Avalanche tomorrow night at 7:00, I have no sports to watch tonight.
That means DVRs are on the menu tonight.
Goofy Joe signed legislation today making it illegal for rail workers to go on strike.
I always found it interesting that the government could order workers to go to work but they can't order companies to provide sick leave.
Seems like businesses have more rights than people and I don't recall that being outlined in the constitution.
If the railroads are so important that the government can order the workers to go to work, perhaps the government should socialize the railroads and take the movement of vital goods out of the hands of private citizens and treat the railroads like the military.
I'm gonna find something to eat and then fall asleep early.
Here are some links:
- I seem to recall Trump said, "He's a loser. We don't like losers" in reference to John McCain when discussing the fact that McCain spent years in a POW camp while Trump spent years claiming he had bone spurs. I hated Trump for saying that and I'm happy to use his words against him: "He's a loser. We don't like losers."
- Is "misaccounted" even a real word?
- Key phrase in this story: "...she has been sleeping with cotton balls in her ears..."
- I try to never "involuntarily defecate"...
- I've been to Barre, VT. I never saw a giant zipper.
