Evoldi wasn't pitching like Nasty Nate, he was pitching more like Mellow Marvin and the Rays hit him pretty good through those first two innings. He got back into form for the third and fourth innings, so that was nice to see.
In the end, the Red Sox won the game 11-7 and I was a happy guy.
And my happiness is all that really matters in these situations.
The Bruins / Sabres game has been postponed because several players/coaches/staff members have tested positive for covid.
The NHL doesn't really say a lot about who may have covid. We know for sure that Kuraly tested positive the other day but now it looks like Pastrnak, Krejci, DeBrusk and Smith are now all "on the protocol".
Because of covid, they also postponed Tuesday's game against the Islanders.
Add to this the fact that Rask is out indefinitely with an "undisclosed injury", the Bruins may be in a world of hurt.
I'm going to find something for dinner and then watch some DVRs.
