Climb up the ladder, climb down the ladder, squat down, stand up. Man, I should have bought the giant container of ibuprofen when I was at Costco the other day...

I don't think my back, my legs or my arms are ever going to be the same after I finish this project.

I watched the Red Sox play the Nationals at the Naval Academy. It was the first time that a professional baseball game was ever played at the Academy and I gotta tell you, those kids appreciated it. The stadium was packed with enthusiastic fans in full naval uniform.

It was a fun game to watch.
