It's a good day.

We drove to Bradley Airport this afternoon where we retrieved our daughter & her angelic little dog. Then we drove home where the angelic little dog stepped back into Small Emergency Backup Dog role and reintroduced herself to the Large Main Dog.

He was very glad to see her again and there was frolicking and peeing in the back yard.

As for my daughter, she managed to get no sleep last night thanks to the folks on the first floor of her apartment building. They apparently threw a "Bring Your Own Jackhammer and Dynamite" party. From what I understand, it was a bit loud.

So now my little girl is lounging and watching DVRs with her mom while the dogs are sleeping on the couch next to them.

Life is good.
