Not much to say today

Rumor has it that the state of Georgia is looking into the phone call between Trump and the Georgia Secretary of State. There are certain concerns about two things: Is there a violation of any conflict of interest laws? Is there a violation of ethical laws.

Some people are concerned that even if he is found guilty of a crime, he'll just pardon himself. For the record, a president cannot pardon someone convicted of a state crime. He can only pardon someone convicted of a federal crime. Also, I would think the Supreme Court might have something to say about a president who pardons himself.


There is no football tonight and we are still 10 days away from hockey when the Bruins take on the New Jersey Devils. I guess I'll have to watch bad television.
