I was supposed to fly today

I was scheduled to fly with my instructor this afternoon but last night he informed me that the airport was still closed and would be closed for another week at least.

I really do not like this corona thing. No sir, I don't like it at all.

There is an old lesson that every child must learn. Simply put, that lesson is, "Never poke a hornets nest with a stick." That lesson is both literal and figurative.

Literally, you never want to poke a hornets nest.

The figurative part of the lesson is, "Don't do something that you, or others, will regret later on."

It appears that Obama never learned that lesson. He has decided to start making public statements about Trump and how Trump is doing things.

Here's the problem: We currently have a president named Trump because we used to have a president named Obama.

Trump was elected because people were sick and tired of Obama and his condescending, arrogant attitude. They didn't like how he treated cops, they didn't like how he treated the military and they certainly didn't like how he told us all how to behave.

If it wasn't for Obama, Trump probably never would have gotten elected. Obama forced the pendulum to swing from the radical left to the radical right.

I'll say the same thing about Obama I say about Trump: He should shut up.

Obama should take his guidance from George Bush.

Bush retired from the office and never once said anything about Obama even though Obama spent the majority of his two terms blaming "the previous administration" for every problem on the planet, including the problems created by Obama.

Tonight's baseball game is from April 4, 2001.

The twin towers of the World Trade Center were still standing, no one outside of the US Intelligence Community had ever heard of Bin Laden, if you took someone to the airport, you could walk with them to the gate to see them off and the Red Sox went to Baltimore to play the Orioles.

Enjoy these links while I watch a baseball game from a far more innocent and free period in our world:
