Bello pitched okay, going six innings and giving up three earned runs. I say "okay" because that's actually pretty good pitching but not his usual excellence.
The bullpen stepped up and did a great job, holding the Braves to just those three runs and the batters managed to move the baserunners along, scoring five runs in those last innings to win the game.
They are off tonight while they travel to San Francisco where they will play a three-game series against the Giants starting tomorrow.
For a brief period this afternoon, we got our ass kicked.
