Not a bad game

The Red Sox lost 8-6 last night but it was a good game. Their starting pitcher, Weber, proved that he can do what he needs to do and when he left the game after 6 innings, the Red Sox were leading 6-4.

Barnes pitched the 7th and did just okay. he gave up a home run and a hit.

Workman pitched a great inning of relief in the 8th when the 3 Blue Jays batters stepped up and then sat down.

Braiser gave up a 2-run home run in the 9th and that pushed the Blue Jays into the lead.

Despite the loss, they did pretty good. Now we'll see what tonight's game brings.

If last night is any indication, my buddy Walt will be sending me text messages complaining about the pitching and I will be replying with texts agreeing with him.

The market has been playing with my mind lately and I'm beginning to to think I might be better off going to the casino.

I can lose money playing Blackjack just as fast I can lose it in the market...
