The Bruins are on vacation

Despite my best advice and cajoling, the Bruins got their ass kicked last night, losing to the Islanders 6-2.

So much for a shot at the cup...

I guess I no longer have to do the flip-back-and-forth thing trying to watch both hockey and baseball. Now it's just baseball.

Speaking of baseball, the Red Sox just can't seem to beat the Astros.

Again, despite my sage advice and cajoling, they got beat 8-3 last night.

They need to win tonight so they can avoid the sweep. No one likes to be swept. Just ask the Yankees...
